Subscription Policy

Overview

Your subscription to the Neurodivergent OS: The ADHD Productivity System is designed to provide you with ongoing support, resources, and tools to help you finish what matters most. Please review the following terms to understand how your subscription works.

Product Delivery

  • Physical Products: Your journal and any included physical products will be shipped prior to the official start date of your cohort.
  • Cohort Start Date: Each cohort has a clearly communicated starting date, scheduled shortly after the signup cutoff to ensure all members receive their materials before beginning.

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscription Term: Subscriptions are billed every 28 days (4 weeks) from the date of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 28-day cycle unless you cancel.
  • Payment Method: Charges will be applied to the payment method you provide at checkout. Please ensure your payment details are up to date.

Guarantee & Refunds

  • Risk-Free Guarantee: If you don’t see real progress in your first 28 days, you may request a full refund—no questions asked. Our most successful founders show up, use the tools, and ask for help. You bring the action, we guarantee the system.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available only for your initial 28-day period. No refunds are provided for subsequent billing cycles after the first period.

Cancellations

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will continue to have access until that period ends.

Changes to Subscription

  • Price Changes: Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Your continued subscription after changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: You may upgrade to additional coaching or add-ons at any time. Downgrades or changes to your subscription will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Failed Payments

  • Payment Issues: If your payment fails, you will be notified via email. You will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information before your access is paused.
  • Cohort Participation: If a failed payment is not resolved before the cutoff date for the next cohort, your subscription will be placed on pause and you will not be able to participate in that cohort. Our team is here to help and support you to prevent this from occurring.
