• Selective & Exclusive: AF Academy will be available on an invite-only basis- It is reserved for those who show a true will-power to execute & grow.
• Personalized Curriculum & Educators: Each individual's pathway & associated cost will be adapted to their individual needs & requirements- As such we cannot assign a tuition without reviewing an applicants application & having a personal interview first.

Scholarships:

• Full-ride scholarships available for the first Founders Academy program: Apply to join as a founding member for free Scholarships cover 100% of tuition for the entire program

The AF ACAD. Platform

The goal of Founders Academy was to provide an exceptional experience alongside a seamless delivery vehicle.

To do this we have split each section of the Academy into it's optimal Application:

• Coursework & curriculum are hosted on AF Academy (a private desktop/mobile app)
• Live Training sessions are hosted via Zoom (recordings available within 24 hours)
• All templates, tools, and assignments delivered digitally

Time Commitment

You have a life, we understand that!

That's why we built Founders Academy around a simple 2-3 hour per week timeline, optimized to fit and work around your busy schedule

Here's the format:

• Live session or replay (60–75 min)
• One “shipping” task (something you finish and share)
• Quick weekly review (track wins, set next action)

* Optional for added value: peer calls, feedback threads, extra workshops

Your Support System

Founders Academy was made by ADHD/ASD Executives, so we understand how easily you can fall behind and then get overwhelmed and ashamed.

We built a system to help, by not only having preventative measures in place, but also by having support systems for when you do fall behind.. No Shame. Just Action.

Here's how we do this:

• Every member gets a peer accountability group
• Dedicated “Help” thread with 24-hour response from mentors/mods
• Miss a session? Replays + action guides keep you moving
• No shame, no penalty—just show up, ask for help, and keep executing

Becoming A Class Member

We DO NOT have any requirements surrounding an "official" diagnosis. Not only would this be ethically & morally wrong, but it would go against our very mission for AF:
